  • Handle contact requests and provide feedback: art. 6.1.b GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and 6.1.f (legitimate interest to communicate with customers and prospects).
  • Application security and abuse prevention: art. 6.1.f GDPR (legitimate interest to protect the service).
  • Legal compliance and management of disputes: art. 6.1.c and 6.1.f GDPR.

Retention

  • Contact data: up to 24 months after the request is closed, unless longer retention is required by law.
  • Technical and security logs: up to 12 months, unless needed to investigate incidents.
  • Data needed for legal obligations: for the time required by applicable law.

Recipients

  • Authorized and trained internal staff.
  • Service providers (e.g., hosting, email) appointed as data processors under art. 28 GDPR.
  • Competent authorities when required by law or binding orders.

Extra-EU transfers

Data are processed and stored on infrastructure located in the European Union. No transfers outside the EU/EEA are envisaged.

Data subject rights

You may exercise your rights under arts. 15-22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) by sending a request through the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
